This excellent washed Peru comes from young producer, Leyla Rimarachin. She inherited the family farm (2 hectares) and is now focussed on refining processing methodology ahead of export. Leyla’s farm work mostly with Bourbon and Caturra varietals due to their high quality, productivity and resistance to oxidation.
